ww2 very rare silk print framed |
I found this lonely silk picture in the charity shop! Frame shows a lot of poor treatment from the owner of its past.
But regardless of that! the Silk Picture has stood the test of time. and gleams brilliantly with its silvery textured glints.
Also i got my 2nd genuine Chinese mud man after waiting for almost 3 weeks for it to travel from America.

This Mud man is more special than others because of the writing at the base:

Then this made me think that i must Reverse the image like this:

Maybe early Chinese were not literate with using the letters we use and some how maybe a few too many saki and dim sums they may have seen things differently.
It does look like an attempt to write CHINA.
In my eyes this make this statue more unique as it gives us an idea or story of the people surrounding this great piece of history.
