Visit Spilsby on Mondays for Happy Sausages and haslett

Has many people in Lincolnshire know. Haslett has many variations of pronunciations  including different qualities and styles! But its all based on the meatloaf of herbed pork.
If you are wanting to try a Haslett that is made by somebody passionate,
who cares about using local sauced ingredients, not just for amazing Haslett,
but his healthier choice of lean Sausages that are not only getting thumbs up from me! but my friends too.
The name of this great sausage man is Mark Loughran who normally resides his business right by Humber bridge and every Monday he journeys to Spilsby market place and sets up, so that we can have a chance to get wonderful healthier and tastier selection of products!
Mark will even custom recipes based on customers request. He is always ready to tackle any challenge set.
I requested a Hastier-lett last week! and he had it all ready for me when i visited Spilsby earlier part of the afternoon.
So if you are on holiday in Skegness or live only a bus ride or short drive away! set yourself some time to go visit Spilsby.
The people in Spilsby are so down to earth and always offer a smile and a greeting!
I noticed that Mark Loughran loved selling his sausages based on the social enjoyment side of the business.
Its become a routine that seemed to have grown based on the feelings and uplifting spirit that the village.
If you look at the picture above you will see wonderful way that Hastier-lett can be had! or simply slice it and even eat it cold! with pickle!   After i tried this Hastier-lett i noticed that it was a little more fiery but not over powering! And because his pork supply is leaner, I could tell that this  Hastier-lett was leaner based on the density of the meat and how it breaks in my mouth.
Marks  Hastier-lett is better than the Curtis Haslett  that was my favorite yesterday.
So that is a break in the chain!  Also i notice that when i grilled his Lincolnshire sausages they never left any fats on the grill plate at all! So there i had visual confirmation that Marks sausages are lower in fat than others.

You get a rating of 5 out of 5 Jolly Coffee men.
That is for the tastier and healthier options and customer service that is beyond the call of duty.

.Oh by the way.  Marks pork comes from happy pigs that are free range and are treated with love and respect! and get to roll in the mud! And they are fed quality foods and pampered till the curtain close.
Test have shown wonderful results including leaner and tastier meats.

Oh this is shocking!  That i have had so much sleep.
well that is what i get when i look up answers! A reality check!

 When Skegness town is busy and restaurants are full, take the lift to the top floor and unwind with a wonderful view. This restaurant is so down to earth, and the service  is so welcoming that you you are in great hands.
Best of all, is the wonderful fresh Ground Coffee served in elegant cups on a tray with  30% water top up.
The reason a glass of water is served with the coffee! is because coffee is known to have a  dehydrating effect of 30%.
This is customer care taken in to consideration at its best.
The meals are wonderful! Beyond this world! Everything is cooked to perfection!
The standards are so high and give us the feeling of living a upper class service! when the prices are really low and suit any budget!
All meals you would expect to pay 3 x more at top restaurants.
My Favorite is their Steak and Ale pie with grill vegetables and Chunky chips and gravy from heaven.

You can even have some Batemans bear made from local Brewery that has won awards far and wide for their amazing bodied beers and ales.
So be shore to take  visit and you wont regret it at all.
