Are Chicken Burgers Healthier?

This is real chicken Burger Fillet.

Chicken Burgers and chicken Nugget's are not really the healthy option.
Its OK as long as the meat is a fillet of Chicken.
But Most of the ingredients in Nugget's, Burgers and popcorn contain mostly Skin.
There is nothing wrong with eating them.
But to be Honest with you!

Only Chicken Fillet is skin free.
I know this as a fact! I don't intend to put people off!
I just think you all should know because they say the skin is the part that contains the most fat.
And lots of people who get the burger as an healthy option!
Are in fact being tricked.
I have seen signs at some places saying 100% real chicken.
They are telling you partly the truth! it is 100% real chicken skin.
They just didn't tell you that part.
I know all this because i have worked in a Production line that makes the all items above.
from freezing hands picking out the bones to mixing the skin into the machine and then i have been through the entire line of Production to the packing stage.
I'm only sharing this information because you all should not have the truth taken from you.
If you like the nuggets and burgers. Then that is totally fine.
I'm not trying to put people off at all.

The British Geological Survey (BGS) said the earthquake was of the magnitude of 5.3 and the epicentre was near Market Rasen in Lincolnshire.

also: An elderly man suffered leg injuries when a chimney collapsed in Wombwell in South Yorkshire,

Adam Wilson from Cotgrave in Nottingham: It's the third earthquake I have felt and by far the strongest.

So the earth quake seems to be Bigger and widely spread than i expected.

Skegness Earthquake 01:00

I was woken up at 01:00 Wednesday 27th February 2008 on the dot by what seemed to be a Quake of different levels.
Strong and weak then strong again. soon as the shakes started i looked at the time on my Mobile phone so i can time it.
My wardrobe doors were tapping together and my bed shakes constantly.
So you have this quake to blame for me being up writing as things happen.
This blogger was started 7 Min's after the quake.

Living at the east coat of England!
This is not expected here.
I have done a bit of digging into our past!

On April 13th, 1902, a slight earthquake occurred in the north of Lincolnshire. Its intensity was not more than 4, and the area disturbed by it included about 600 square miles. The shock was of the simplest character, lasting on an average for 4 seconds, and consisting of a single series of vibrations, which increased in intensity to a maximum and then died away. Though of little consequence when considered as an isolated event, the shock derives interest from its probable connection with the much stronger twin-earthquake which occurred in the same district three years later, on April 23rd, 1905.

On this day, there were two undoubted earthquakes, namely:—

(a) About 1.30 a.m.

(b) 1.37 a.m. (principal earthquake).
