How to make coronation chicken

Hello people, do you like coronation chicken sandwiches? The chances are, either you like it or you know plenty of people who do.
So here is a quick simple guide on how to make it at home.

Items you need:
Sultanas 99p
Mango chutney 99p
Tin of ready cooked chicken curry or vegetable curry for vegetarians 75-99p
Light cream cheese like Philadelphia or similar cheese from around 49p
You may use mayonnaise instead of cheese if you don’t have it 75-1.50p

Please make sure your chicken curry has had a good chill in fridge before you start.

Here is what you need to do:

Tip curry into plastic container that has a lid



Then add the mango chutney about 2 desert spoons full like this.



Followed by the sultanas



And finally the cream cheese like so







Then simply use a fork to mix it all together.






Now you have made the call coronation chicken it’s time to place a lid on it and chill it all in the fridge for at least an hour, so it thickens up.



When you have guest and you put home made coronation chicken in sandwiches, they will be complimenting you and also asking you how you made it the best ever coronation chicken ever.

And you will be thinking to yourself, it was so easy and not expensive to make, you can make a tub full a day before serving for even better taste as the flavours get to merge more evenly.
