ELYSIUM A Special Sunday Dinner Review by me 4U

Sunday Afternoon me and my Mother Kathleen decided to visit the Elysium to give it a try.

I don't normally go for a carvery unless it is with someone or mainly on special occasions.

I would challenge myself to eat everything on my  oval plate.

This day was special, because my Mum came over to stay with me, She has been very busy Dog sitting and taking care of my dad who is not in the best of health at the moment.

I thought I would start by trying a place that never tried before.

I decided that we should go to the Elysium for the first time,  I called them to reserve a seat just for two.
The woman's phone manner was spoken clearly and offered a booking slot available  for around 2pm.

when we walked in, we were greeted by a polite waitress who advised us of a great seating spot with natural light of a window.

The colour theme was Modern and Fresh, Blacks and Glittering Silver wall paper got the attention of me Mum.

I asked the polite assistant for 2 glasses of ice and some sparkling water in the hope that it will not distract our taste bud from the flavors yet to cross our lips.

I have walking aids to get about so the waitress was very eager to assist me back with my plate.

When I have a tradition Carvery it has to be very fresh with all original flavors intact.

After the carving of meat is added to a plate, in my case it was Gammon and crackling.

Then follows in the order from my favorite:

  1. Yorkshire pudding (Large and Loud)
  2. Nice green Brussel sprouts
  3. Roasted Parsnips
  4. Roasted Potatoes
  5. Creamy Mash Potatoes
  6. Peas & Carrots
  7. Stuffing balls
  8. A boat of Thick Tasty onion Gravy
When I was asked if I was ready to have my food carried to the table she responded with
"I can bring a gravy boat to the table".

I felt like my eyes gleamed out lights of joy for a moment.

That right there, was a fantastic addition to the service that added a signature value that I had never experienced before and this really made me feel all warm and happy inside.
I guess food taste far better when you are Happy inside.

Just as I sit down, my oval Adventure on the plate was placed before me, with one question from the waitress " Can i get you anything else?"

Oh yes, Is there any chance I could get some Creamy horseradish?
She seemed new and was not sure, but she went to checkup on it.
She then returns with horseradish and smile because she knew she had made a difference.

"If staff are all treated in a good manner then their happiness will be contagious and will be spread to their costumers"

And this place had that warm vibe needed to make my custom valued.

As you can see in this Time lapse, even played back fast, it taken me a while to eat, I was not in a rush in this (perfect moment in time, Every flavor was there to savor and that needed my attention if am to really write a review that is honest and true.

Every item on the plate seemed like poetry in the form of flavors dancing around the tongue.
I felt like these were of poetry and art that, when combined, transforms into song.

After I finished, and my mother too.
We were asked " would ye like Dessert for your mother and you.

My eyes grew wider but my hunger was fixed,
The thought of sweet foods would leave my satisfaction mixed.

There was an option to take sweet treats away for later.
Maybe another time when my Hunger is wiser and my appetite was greater.

I politely said maybe another time,
And suddenly i realized i was living a rhyme.

I noticed their menu was greatly extensive,
With choice to offer that were not too expensive.

The atmosphere was down to earth and not in space.
The staff were pleasant and served with grace.

Will I be returning or will I not
Oh yes I will, to try the lot.

My next review that is to be
A burger on a plate made by thee
Without the packaging and plastic too.
To save the planet for both me and you.

Want a burger & fries but don't want all the packaging?

Paul and his dog walk up and down skegness front picking up burger boxes and plastic lids and straws that can get lodged in a seals nose or worst.
But you do have a great chance to make a difference by enjoying a quality burger on a plate by the most happiest table assistance throughout your visit.
They can not wait to see the joys in your eyes when you compliment their food.

One Man and his Dog spends Easter clearing up in Lincoln and Skegness

On Saturday I was in Lincoln town center after spending Easter with family.
I was just sitting outside Wilkos by the river waiting for my family members who went inside, when suddenly walking towards me was Paul and his dog Dave, We were both very surprised to cross paths like that.

I decided to head back to Skegness on the bus with him, And he told me he had been the up steep hill to the top and then Lincoln Cathedral.

Armed with his grabber, he cleared up what ever grabbed his attention and enjoyed looking at the architecture and statue a man and his dog.

So we both headed back to skegness on same bus.

We made arrangements to meet up on Bank Holiday Monday at the Wetherspoon pub to grab a Coffee to start with a caffeine kick..

On this Monday morning I left my home to try grab the 56a across from 12 oars pub to Skegness in the hope that I could get to the pub without leaving paul waiting.

But little did I know, Paul was also having a little delay issue himself.

He had been side tracked by a stroll to the Church farm museum that lead him to this lost and un-aware situation.

I was standing at bus stop opposite the Shops on Burgh Road when suddenly I saw Paul and Dave walking by the Twelve Oars pub.

we were both delayed, but at least now we can walk to wetherspoons together,  as walking to town with someone is safer for me due to my petite mal epilepsy attacks I have been having.

So we got to the pub and sat outside whilst I went to get us both Flat white coffees.
I got help to carry out to table because of my walking aids being a bit of a bother.

Then half way through the mug someone came out from the pub and said we go to leave the pub grounds and we can not get any refills for breaking the rules. as we do not allow dogs unless they are assistant dogs.

I said we are right out here on the street, but even that wasn't allowed, so Paul chained Dave to the railings by the road,  Then he walked in the pub and asked if his dog is at the fence.
Paul wanted a peaceful result that didn't cause too much drama.

The sign showed "No dog allowed inside apart from Assistance Dogs".
And It seemed to me, that both Paul and Dave are Assistance's to each other and may need help to get validation for them both in future.
Dave helps Paul keep his emotions in check.

We then headed to the south end of Skegness beach to plan a safe place to launch my drone that pose any risks to people or nature.

There were people flying kites and the cold Nordic winds were blowing in land, so I decided to launch the drone over the sea out the risk of people and kite strings.

I am collecting footage to make a Documentary with Paul, This will take longer for me to produce, because I need to record interviews with friends of Paul and himself, including voice overs and commentary too.

On the following image
Paul gets an helping hand from 2 beach users who both rush over to pass over some trash for disposal.

Paul has a very creative and innovative side to him, that other people rarely get to know unless they be like minded and strike an understanding and trust. here is a sample of something he made using feathers and broken decaying shells to surround his artistic talents.

He has a very smooth drawing hand and has a unique style that is his own.

Paul is just like me, creative wise, if we were to part with our arts, we need to know that the new owners to really appreciate and understand what our art is about and the story that goes with them.

These images below are an example of my creative passions and my crafty side.

If anyone is willing to be added to the video to let the hearts really show how much they are proud of having Paul saving the people from having a Rubbish Holiday.
Then please get in touch.

If anyone can offer me an aqua workout opportunity in a pool or large bath to help me to try and get myself walking again then I am up for it. My left foot that hasn't moved for 11 years due to a bad accident on the way to start a new job, all the ideas to restore my foot were with Doctor Layfield who sadly committed suicide many years ago.

I need help to become more able again so I can be more productive.
Blogging is just a small part of huge ambitious mind, inventor and writer of poetry songs and stories.
All I want to do is share with the world.

North Korea executed fortune tellers

Hell fire background of Kim Yong

Tens of thousands of people were forced to watch the execution of two female fortune tellers.
The staged public trial by the authorities led to their demise.
This will spook everyone for sure, what did they predict and what secrets were they going to un mask.
I have a feeling more will follow.
Who will it be next? The weather man for predicting the weather?
As Kim Yong sits on his throne, the tea lady heres a cup of tea sir, " How did you know I wanted a cup of tea?"
Oh you know me!
"Execute the tea lady for reading my mind"
Oh no not another tea lady sir...
Execute you for saying Oh No.
Oh No not another person who said Oh No!
Execute him and all the people who looked like they were thinking Oh No.
I guess Kim Yong must have thought " I bet you didn't predict that"
Imagine if Kim Yong played an online computer game with players all in the same room.  If anyone even nearly attacks or knocks into Kim, he will have them shot for real.
I have a feeling that if Kim Yong was to get I'll and almost going to die,  Then he would just hit a kill switch of what ever other way he plans to dominate.
I am sorry I don't have images regarding execution, but would be not something we should see to be honest.
At least that's a choice we have that his people don't.

Lusso Caffè Skegness coffee review

I was just heading own the high street in Skegness towards wetherspoons to get my caffeine fix.
Then suddenly I see a caffee that I never seen before.
So I thought I would give them a try.

On entry I was greeted by a waitress and was advised to kindly take a seat.

So that's what I did, and no time at all, she brought over a menu.

All that was on my mind was coffee.
And as soon as I saw the coffee section I notice that they do large Flat white, who else sells this in large? I have no idea.

Just leading with that would have got me in the door faster.

Now I am drinking the flat white as I write this blog.
My first impression is wow, that was strong from the first sip.
But as I progressed it became a very tasty coffee and I am at the last part, I don't want this moment to end.
Will I be back again, oh yes, every time I go to town. Sorry Gregg's and Wetherspoon but these win for taste and enjoyment.

You will find this cafe across the road from Drapers and British Heart Foundation.
The prices on the menu look reasonable though I am not hungry at the moment.

I will need to return to review the food in the near future.
For now enjoy and follow my blog as I will go out and rate other places soon.

Ice Cream Disaster on Skegness beach

An Ice Cream Disaster on Skegness beach caused horrific reactions from the public.
Apparently there were witnesses but they didn't appear to be about for an interview.
It seems that the ice cream crashed landed not to long ago spilling out its creamy goodness.
A member of the public said to me as i was taking the pictures, " Oh No that is so sad, What is this world coming to?"
I then replied, Today is sunny with clear blue skies, but what you see and what you feel is that it all is full of lies, as it is so very cold from that breeze from the north is bitter and sharp.
And makes my bones rattle down to my knees.

Many Ice Cream Disasters don't get reported, But it is estimated hundred or thousands of ice creams meet the fates in a Disaster like this and could be even more devastating in so many other ways.

Sometimes they can be found crash landed on peoples heads and faces just like this.

If you see an Ice cream disaster then please take a photo and share it here,  email images to the following email:      fantasycider@me.com  then i could add it on here  Start the email with Ice Cream Disaster as subject.

drone flying laws simplified

All the information on this post is from https://www.trustedreviews.com/news/uk-drone-laws-2019-3146402

I have added this information because its the most clear to understand that i have found

UK Drone Laws: The latest news and events in 2019

The government ran a public consultation on a batch of new proposals from July 6 2018 to September 17 2018, which attracted 5061 responses. It revealed the outcome of consultation on January 7 2019, and there are some significant UK drone law updates to be aware of if you wish to avoid fines and potential prison sentences.
Considering the disruption caused by drones at Gatwick and Heathrow airports over recent weeks, it’s no surprise that the government has decided to extend the area around airports and runways in which drones are banned from being flown.
It will be illegal to fly a drone within 5km of an airport, up from 1km.

Furthermore, the government says: “The new restriction zone will include rectangular extensions from the end of runways measuring 5km long by 1km wide to better protect take-off and landing paths.”
From November 30 2019, drone operators will have to register their device with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and take an online safety test. Anyone who fails to register or sit the competency tests could face fines of up to £1000.
Police are also going to be given extra powers. Officers will be able to “enter and/or search premises, with a warrant, where there is reasonable suspicion that there is a drone and/or its associated components which the police reasonably suspects of having been involved in the commission of an offence”.
They’ll also be able to issue fixed penalty notices (FPN) up to £100 for minor drone-related offences, “as a way to immediately and effectively enforce as a deterrent to offenders and to reduce pressure on Magistrates’ Courts”.
A drone user could be slapped with an FPN for committing any of the following offences:
  • Not producing registration documentation, and/or proof of registration for drones between 250g and up to and including 20kg in mass, at the request of a police constable
  • Not producing evidence of any other relevant permissions required by legislation, for example if you are a commercial drone operator or have an exemption from the CAA from an ANO 2016 article
  • Not complying with a police officer when instructed to land a drone
  • Flying a drone without a valid acknowledgement of competency, or failure to provide evidence of meeting this competency requirement when requested
We’ve also known for some time that the government is pushing for work on geofencing technology to be brought forward. The tech is built into the drones themselves and uses GPS coordinates to stop the devices from entering specific zones, such as prison or airport airspace.
“The Home Office will also begin to test and evaluate the safe use of a range of counter-drone technology in the UK,” is the government’s official line at present.
“This crucial technology will detect drones from flying around sensitive sites, including airports and prisons, and develop a range of options to respond to drones, helping to prevent a repeat of incidents such as that recently experienced at Gatwick.”

UK Drone Laws: What’s coming next?

As mentioned above, UK drone laws have been subject to regular changes and, though it isn’t yet clear when the new legislation will come into force, plenty more changes could be made in the near future.
It was only as recently as 30 July 2018, that the government made it illegal to fly a drone above 400ft or within 1km of airport boundaries. While the former remains in place, the latter has already been deemed insufficient.
Anyone who flouts that 400ft rule could be charged with “recklessly or negligently acting in a manner likely to endanger an aircraft or any person in an aircraft”, and face a fine of up to £2500 or up to five years in prison.
So what steps might the government take next?
It says it still “supports a minimum operator age [of 18], but will defer a decision until there is clarification and confirmation from EASA regarding future legislation at the European level with regards minimum ages for drone operators and remote pilots.”
It’s also possible that drone users will one day be required to use a FINS − which would likely take the form of an app − to notify authorities and other drone users that they’re going to fly a UAV at a particular location at a given time ahead of time. Users may also have to pay for FINS access.
“The aim of this proposed policy is to increase drone user accountability, to ensure a flight can be made safely, without compromising the security or privacy of others. The real-time data and records made by a FINS could also be useful for enforcement,” last year’s public consultation explained.
The DfT says that drone operators will also eventually have to use apps that ensure they always have access to safety guidance, though it isn’t yet clear how it plans to enforce this rule.

Where can and can’t I fly my drone in the UK right now?

You need to register with the CAA if you’re planning to use your drone for “commercial purposes” – this may sound like it doesn’t apply to you, but it extends to things like monetising your YouTube channel or personal blog, however meagerly.

According to the DfT, the number of active commercial licences increased from 2500 to 3800 in 2017, a year on year growth of 52%. In other words, flying your new drone isn’t quite as straightforward as you might think, especially if you live in an urban area or near an airport.

Valentines blues and power cuts too's

Some people in and around Skegness had more than the valentine blues this evening at about 9:45PM towards the east direction of Skegness, power issues were felt in chapel and as far as Spilsby with phone signals also being lost.
I guess in some cases it’s like an hint for more people to have a candle lit dinner with the company of two.

The neon blue bright light accompanied a loud low frequency scraping sound that sounded like saying struuuump.

Reports from other people say that first house went pitch black then two blue flashes

People are saying sub station on wrath lane exploded.

Apparently this happened in Peterborough in January and Wales on the 7th of Feb.

Some people say they bangs.
Reports from the effects also felt at following places:
Richmond Drive, Tower Cinema, Wainfleet, Anderby Creek had lights flicker and TV power lost.

There are also some outrageous & creative thoughts to the bright neon glow.

Blown transformer similar to what happened in New York end of 2018.
Other ideas:
Inter-dimensional rift opening up, Aliens are here,

Any way, it is a beautiful back drop light to any town, it’s a shame a power outage needed to happen for us to see it

Drone Law fears Scare People from a Beautiful Hobby

The new year has sparked fears of taking a hobby of flying drones for fun or sport.
To me a flying drone is an extension from a walking disability to being able to get side way scrolling and smooth video footage anywhere.
I use a Bebop 2, it is a lower budget drone than the others out there but to me its all about the mind behind the angles, lights and shadows and paying attention to natural motion and timing.
When I record videos its not really the high altitudes that is my main interest its the smooth video quality that would sure be messed up with my shaky hands and my need for walking aids.
about 8 years ago I had multiple accidents that has left me unable to move my left foot that is still too weak to lumps and slanted ground that cause foot to flip inwards on top a lower degenerative spinal disc that is too risky to operate and popping right knee.

My YouTube videos for all them years were mainly stop motion and animation and crafty videos, just close up made footage.

But for years my imagination has been thinking of nice video angles that i could never get until the camcorder opened me up to my true realization of this beautiful hobby.

My videos have been said to be so relaxing to my viewers and very inspiring too.

I live at the coast and i have been filming winter sun on the beaches in Lincolnshire to open peoples eyes that we need more videos like this, Its so great for our moods and helps me from my depression around my mobility.
Its so soothing and calming to watch.

After a drone user flown into an airport in England they have decided on new laws of using drones.
I have now lost count on the amount of people wanting do what I do that one of them ordered a drone online and then sent it back for refund due to worry.

Image the loss in trade revenue from Businesses all over UK because of this.

Since last week end I have made 3 videos showing a time in England when the rest of the country was deep in snow and people were enjoying the quiet winter sunny walk along the beach.

I agree that filming with a drone needs common sense with 100% care of all people and nature around you.
It should not be used to film private property or invade the privacy of others.

Normally I greet everyone so that I can let them know what i am doing so they don't get spooked or surprised and mostly they simply get inspired when they see my videos.

A lot of pre-thinking in advance goes on in my mind. Then all my scenes are cut from the footage before arranged in the order as I visioned it to be. Then I have a video of art that inspires others. The drone is a flying Camera before its a drone (to me). its a mobility beyond my abilities that I simply have taken advantage of.

Maybe creative commons or some something could be arranged for a Creative Drone Authorization license could be created.

I made my videos in an aid to show a respectable way to use a drone in the hope we get to keep rights for the use as i show.

Mary Poppins deemed racist

I turn my computer on to see this in the news.
Apparently the scene of a wonderful singing duet that I have heard and seen since i was born has been re-branded as racist.
Here is my view on this.
Back in the olden days people all over England had coal fires.
So it was important that we had our chimneys cleaned out so our fires don't give carbon dioxide or smoke intoxication.
Even better if we forget this importance then a musical at Christmas can be a great reminder.

Here is my reason that May Poppins isn't racist at all.
The chimney sweep will get soot on him in the job he does and because the song was themed about about this profession that the whole family decide to pull together for this great scene.
OK Mary powders her face with soot, Not to change her race but because it was themed on a song that was about soot.
In-fact it was a creative addition to the movie that should not ever be seen as racist ever.

Even more to my note, It should have never even became viral news at all, I do hope Walt Disney gets this resolved sooner than later.
The person or peoples responsible for raising this as a racist act, May have be racist them selves and just want to stir up trouble and  cause massive culture mess up that never needed to happen.

After a days work down a coal mine, we cant call the workers racist because they came out covered in soot.
Back in the 60's when movie was first known, all the watches of the movie would have never even thought Mary was trying to change her culture whilst powdering her face.

So if I saw some person in on tv with some cream above their lip after an ice cream or cappuccino, does that imply they are being racist to people like me who actually has a mustache?

No No No god dam it.
Some one has simply dropped a big pebble in the pond here just to stir up racist reactions on people and to sell papers.

I will be greatful for your opinions,  thank you

Snowless Skegness Beach drone flight

Ok where is the snow?
Many days of clear blue skies.
So I decided to ignore the weather forecast saying we would be having snow.
Maybe that snow had fallen from the sky before it reached us.

Many people have gone into a panic since report of drone flights near airports.
Retired people or nature lovers who simply want to see the world from a beautiful perspective are in fear of getting in trouble flying a drone.

As I was flying this Bebop 2 over the beach experimenting with filming angles and views a Gentleman approached me and told me he had brought a drone online but as soon as he heard about the Airport reports on the news, he sent it back for refund in fear.

After I showed him that I only use the drone for filming nature, and all the time I respect the privacy of all people and definitely I never plan to fly near airports.

Common sense and the right time and locations that are not invading air space and private property is what it really is about.
So it’s not to disrupt any of the public at all.
I live at the coast, so there is plenty of open spaces to film.

Before I fly, I make sure there isn’t any risk to people or any birds or animals.
And whilst I am flying I always greet people who walk by just so they know what I am doing to help them not to be spooked by the sound.

Here is my 1st video
